Terms of Service
Effective 23 September 2026. Between you (the merchant or agency using the service) and Sela Ventures LLC, Florida, USA ("AgentShoppable", "we").
1. The service
AgentShoppable scans online stores for AI-agent readiness, reports findings labelled VERIFIED, OBSERVED or INFERRED, simulates an AI shopper, proposes fixes and, when you approve them, applies those fixes to your store, and rescans on a schedule you choose.
2. Your store, your changes
You must own or be authorised to manage every store you connect. Fixes are applied only when you (or someone using your account) click Apply. Every change records its previous value and can be undone from the Fix Center, but you are responsible for reviewing suggestions before applying them and for the content of your store.
3. Free scans of other stores
The public scanner reads only public storefront data and creates at most one test cart, which it cancels. Do not use it to overload or interfere with any store. We rate-limit it and may block abuse.
4. Plans and billing
- Free: scans and reports.
- Store: USD 39 per 30 days per store, 7-day free trial, billed through Shopify for Shopify stores (Shopify's billing terms apply) or by invoice for WooCommerce stores. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods except where the law requires.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice inside the app or by email.
5. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, reselling without an agency agreement, scanning stores you have no right to interact with, or using the service to break any law or Shopify's or WooCommerce's terms.
6. AI output
Buyer Simulator results and drafted fixes are generated by a language model. They can be wrong. Findings we label VERIFIED were confirmed by an actual request to your store; OBSERVED and INFERRED findings were not. Review before you rely on them.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. Platform protocols (Shopify UCP, MCP, WebMCP, WooCommerce Store API) change; checks are updated as they do and results may differ over time.
8. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost sales or profits, or any amount above the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can uninstall or stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Sections 6 to 10 survive termination.
10. General
Florida law governs, courts of Broward County, Florida. If a clause is unenforceable the rest stands. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement.
